These Terms of Service govern your use of the ONCE website at onceskin.com and the purchase of our custom Korean skincare routine service. By using our website or purchasing our service, you agree to these terms.

ONCE provides a personalized Korean skincare routine delivered to your email. You complete a skin consultation, make a payment starting at $30, and receive a custom routine within the hour of purchase. We do not sell physical products.
Our service uses artificial intelligence to analyze your quiz responses and generate product recommendations. The routine is informational in nature and tailored to the details you provide.
ONCE is not a medical service. The skincare routines and product recommendations we provide are not a substitute for professional dermatological or medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a skin condition, allergy, or medical concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional before following any recommendations.
By using our service, you acknowledge that ONCE is not liable for any adverse reactions, skin conditions, or outcomes resulting from following our recommendations.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our service. If you are under 18, you may only use the service with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.
The fee for our service starts at $30 USD, charged as a one-time payment. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize ONCE to charge the payment method you provide.
ONCE also offers an optional membership billed at $8 per month. Members receive access to Ask ONCE (an AI skincare advisor with knowledge of their specific routine) and the ability to update their routine on demand. Memberships may be cancelled at any time from your account portal and continue through the end of the current billing period. There are no hidden fees.
Because ONCE provides personalized digital skincare recommendations built specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
If you did not receive your routine, or if a technical error prevented delivery, contact us at [email protected] and we will resend it promptly. Refunds may be provided where required by applicable law.
The quality and accuracy of your personalized routine depends on the accuracy of the information you provide in the quiz. You are responsible for providing truthful and complete answers. ONCE is not responsible for recommendations that are unsuitable due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
Your personalized routine is created for your personal use only. All content on the ONCE website — including copy, design, and branding — is the property of ONCE and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ONCE and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to skin reactions, product purchases made based on our recommendations, or failure to receive a routine due to technical issues beyond our control.
Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the total amounts paid by you to ONCE in the twelve months preceding the claim.
ONCE recommends third-party skincare products available for purchase at external retailers. We have no affiliation with, and receive no compensation from, any of the brands or retailers we recommend. We are not responsible for the quality, availability, pricing, or performance of any third-party products.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our service at any time. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our service shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
